A beautiful website is only effective if it can be found. For Ulu Yoga, scaling their business meant tapping into high-intent global search traffic. The challenge was to overhaul their underlying technical SEO without disrupting the existing user experience.

My Role & Execution

As the Sole Contributor for this growth initiative, I conducted a deep-dive technical audit. I restructured semantic HTML, implemented advanced schema markups, and aggressively optimized Core Web Vitals to ensure the platform met strict search engine standards.

The Outcome

The optimization resulted in near-perfect Lighthouse scores and a dramatic increase in organic visibility. By aligning the technical foundation with search algorithms, Ulu Yoga now captures a significantly higher volume of qualified leads globally at a lower acquisition cost.
